A classic statement piece to complete any look, this kerchief is hand knit with a clean and beautiful i-cord edge, against the choice of garter stitch or stockinette pattern. This item can be worn in many ways, such as at the neck or as a head accessory. It is knit using increases and decreases to create a triangle shape, perfect for a beginner knitter or as a gratifying simple project to slow down in.

SKILLS
Knit, purl, increasing, decreasing, & binding off.

GAUGE
Approx 12 sts is 2” / 5 cm & 22 rows is 2” / 5 cm,
over garter st on 6 US / 4mm needles

DK weight wool, 8 WPI Julie Asselin, Leizu DK (shown)

6 US / 4 mm , 16” / 41 cm circular needles (or straight needles)
Scissors, tapestry needle, & measuring tape.
